Terms of use
The rules for using the EA Learning Hub, run by Decisionware. Last updated 1 November 2026.
1. Who we are and what this is
The EA Learning Hub (“the Hub”) offers Enterprise Architecture video courses, assessments and certificates of attendance. It is run by Decisionware (“we”). By creating an account or using the Hub you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You sign in with a link we email to you; there is no password. Keep your mailbox private and do not forward sign-in links. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else used it, and use “Sign out of all devices” on your profile page.
Give your real name: it is printed on your certificate.
3. Courses and your licence
When you have access to a course you may watch it for your own learning. You may not copy, download, record, share, resell or publish the videos or other course material, or share your access with another person. We may switch off access that is shared or abused.
4. Paid courses
Prices are shown before you pay, in the currency shown, and include any value-added tax (VAT) that applies. Access is given when your payment is confirmed. How refunds work is set out in the refund policy.
5. Assessments and certificates
A certificate of attendance shows that you attended and passed the course assessment. It is not an accredited TOGAF®, NORA or other professional certification. Anyone can check a certificate number on our verification page. We may withdraw a certificate obtained by cheating or by sharing assessment answers.
6. Acceptable use
Do not try to break, overload or probe the Hub, to reach other people’s data, or to get around limits and access rules. Do not send harmful or unlawful content through the feedback form.
7. Our promises and limits
We take care over the courses, but we cannot promise the Hub will always be available or free of errors, and the courses are learning material, not professional advice. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and using the Hub after a change means you accept it. Questions? Use the feedback and support page.
