1. What we sell
Online learning: video courses, lessons, assessments and certificates, used in your browser. Nothing is shipped and there are no delivery fees.
2. How it is delivered
Delivery is digital and immediate. When your payment is confirmed, the course is added to your account and opens under My learning, and a receipt is emailed to you.
3. If the course does not open
Confirmation normally takes seconds. If you were charged and the course has not opened after a few minutes, write to us on the feedback and support page with your order number and we will fix it or refund you.
4. Access period
A purchased course stays on your account for as long as your access lasts, as shown on the course. Videos cannot be downloaded.
