Cancellation policy

You can cancel an order at any time before paying. Close the payment page, or open your orders and press cancel. Nothing is charged and the order closes.

A paid course opens at once, so a paid order is cancelled by asking for a refund under our refund policy (7 days, no more than a quarter of the videos watched, no certificate earned).

We may cancel an order that cannot be completed, for example a wrong price, a withdrawn course or a suspected fraudulent payment. If you were charged, you are refunded in full.
